RSCLND Return & Refund Policy

1. After an image has been sent to you for approval and you approve the image the custom item can not be refunded.

2. If your item arrives damaged in the mail, your item will be remade for you at no cost. You must send back the damaged item before we make a new one.

3. Bracelet/Necklace lengths are $2 to be changed.

4. If your item breaks we will rebead it at no cost within 30 days. After 30 days it will be a $5 charge.
